Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our broad spectrum SEN school in Coleshill, Warwickshire. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position starting in January and lasting for a full year. The successful candidate will have full teaching responsibilities for Key Stage 3 students with a range of special educational needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of KS3 students with diverse SEN requirements.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students’ academic and personal development.
