Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time Role in Salford SEN School Your New Company Hays Education is working in partnership with a well-established special educational needs (SEN) high school in Manchester. The school is known for its inclusive and supportive environment, catering to students aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs including autism spectrum condition (ASC), moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), and speech, language and communication needs (SLCN). Your New Job As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions, assist with classroom activities, and promote positive behaviour and engagement.
