A commercial and residential property company based in Central York are looking for a Secretary and Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is to support the fee earners and support the general office function. The role is for 2 days a week fully office based ideally on Wednesday and Fridays.
Role Overview: As Secretary and Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks, and provide essential support to the property management team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the property management and fee earners
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update property records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role (property sector experience is a plus)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong keyboard skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
