About the role
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a major broadband, TV, mobile, and home phone provider, for a Scrum Master to join their dynamic Digital Team. This role will be instrumental in driving agile delivery within the squad, helping customers get set up quickly and enjoy a seamless digital journey.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Remove blockers and enable the team to deliver continuous value
- Coach and support the squad in adopting agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Development, and Analytics
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders across the business
- Support backlog refinement, release planning, and dependency management
- Foster a safe, trusting environment focused on continuous improvement
The must haves:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a digital product environment
- Recognised Scrum certification (e.g. CSM, PSM)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large, complex organisations
- Experience with PowerBi is an advantage
