You will be operating across 4 sites within the greater Bristol area as admin and reception support.
Hours: 08:30 to 16:00
You will be required to fulfil the below duties:
- Answering incoming calls and email
- Greeting and signing in school visitors
- Making outbound calls to parents, staff or other
- Printing, scanning, and document organisation
- Basic school systems functions
What you'll need to succeed:
- School experience preferred
- Admin experience preferred
- DBS on the update service is preferred
- Be an extremely organised and reliable individual
- Understand the special requirements of the students at the schools
- Have UK experience
