You will be operating across 4 sites within the greater Bristol area as admin and reception support.

Hours: 08:30 to 16:00

You will be required to fulfil the below duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and email
  • Greeting and signing in school visitors
  • Making outbound calls to parents, staff or other
  • Printing, scanning, and document organisation
  • Basic school systems functions

What you'll need to succeed:

  • School experience preferred
  • Admin experience preferred
  • DBS on the update service is preferred
  • Be an extremely organised and reliable individual
  • Understand the special requirements of the students at the schools
  • Have UK experience
