We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant with deep expertise. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of SAP Fieldglass solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead SAP Fieldglass implementations and enhancements with a focus on SOW and Contingent modules.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer to the technical team, testing support, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass and related integrations (e.g., SAP ECC MM, HR, FI).
- Work with vendors, MSPs, and internal teams to optimize VMS performance and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- ~5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, specifically in SOW and Contingent Workforce modules.
- Proven experience with end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Familiarity with integrations between SAP Fieldglass and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC MM, Successfactors, FI).
- SAP Fieldglass certification is an advantage.
- Project management or consulting background in large-scale VMS rollouts.
- French speaking will be highly advantageous.
