You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy and increasing market share across the sector.

Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a proactive business development strategy.

Identifying, targeting and winning new client accounts.

Growing revenue within existing customer relationships.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the utilities and infrastructure market.

Managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and contract award.

Identifying upcoming opportunities, projects and frameworks.

Maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.

Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed A minimum of 5 years' UK sales experience.

Proven track record of winning new business and opening new accounts.

Strong experience developing and growing existing customer relationships.

Experience selling into the utilities, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors.

An established network within the UK utilities market would be highly advantageous.

Demonstrable success in delivering against sales and revenue targets.

Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A self-motivated, hands-on approach with a genuine desire to drive growth.
