Your new company Our client is a leading UK holiday letting business with a strong presence across Scotland.

Renowned for helping property owners maximise the potential of their holiday homes, they combine market expertise, innovative technology, and exceptional customer service to deliver outstanding results.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious Sales and New Business Manager to drive property acquisition and revenue growth across the Highlands.

This role will require you to be based in the Highlands and work across the region.

Your new role As New Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-quality holiday let properties across the North of Scotland.

You'll build and develop relationships with property owners, estate agents, developers, and other local partners to generate new business opportunities and expand the portfolio.

Using your market knowledge and commercial acumen, you'll develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure each property is launched successfully to maximise revenue potential.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you'll act as a brand ambassador, manage a robust sales pipeline, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional owner experience while consistently achieving ambitious growth targets.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll be a driven and target-focused sales professional with experience in business development, account management, or field-based sales.

You'll possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, alongside the ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively.

Strong commercial awareness, experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, and the ability to analyse data and develop pricing strategies are essential.

Knowledge of the holiday letting sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

A full UK driving licence is required, along with the flexibility to attend events and work occasional evenings or weekends when needed.

What you'll get in return You'll join a growing and ambitious organisation where your success will directly contribute to the growth of the business.

In return, you'll benefit from a competitive salary and bonus structure, autonomy to manage your region, ongoing development opportunities, and the chance to work within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to build an extensive network across one of the UK's most desirable holiday destinations while playing a key role in the company's continued success.
