Your New Role

As HR Advisor, you’ll report to the HR Business Partner and act as a trusted partner to managers. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident managing day‑to‑day HR operations, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and brings strong judgement, credibility, and a proactive approach to people challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Sickness absence management — lead proactive case management and contribute to strategies that reduce absence.
  • End‑to‑end recruitment — manage vacancies from approval through to issuing contracts.
  • Employee relations — advise managers on disciplinaries, grievances, capability and general HR queries.
  • Performance & succession — support annual review cycles and talent planning.
  • Policy & process development — contribute to organisational guidelines and continuous improvement.
  • HR data & analytics — maintain accurate records and produce HR reporting as required.
  • Training delivery — build manager capability and support effective onboarding.
  • Culture & engagement — act as an ambassador for engagement initiatives across both sites.
