We are a trusted education recruitment agency working closely with a wide range of primary schools across Rugby. Our partner schools are inclusive, forward-thinking, and dedicated to delivering excellent learning experiences. Due to growing demand, we are looking for passionate and flexible supply teachers to join our team, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across key stage 1 and key stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will have the chance to work in a variety of school settings, gaining valuable experience and enjoying the freedom to choose assignments that suit your schedule.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching (including ECTs)
  • Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (willingness to apply for one)
