Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them succeed? We are recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby. About The Role
- Start Date: ASAP
- Full-time position within a specialist SEN school.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties and complex needs.
- Provide both pastoral and academic support to help pupils engage in learning.
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Support students with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding and mobility.
- Work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to deliver a structured and supportive learning environment.
