Your new role as a Contracts Administrator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple construction and fit-out projects, from initial handover through to completion. Working closely with Contracts Managers and internal teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date, and helping to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project handovers and coordinating activities across multiple live projects.
  • Raising and managing purchase orders, tracking orders through to delivery on site.
  • Maintaining cost sheets and assisting with financial tracking of projects.
  • Managing project documentation, contract files, and project records.
