Your new role

As Compliance & Risk Manager, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the organisation's compliance and risk management framework. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters, oversee policy development, support risk assessments, and promote a strong culture of governance and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Compliance, Risk, Governance or Internal Audit role.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience developing policies, procedures and controls.
  • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
  • Professional qualifications in Risk, Compliance, Audit or Governance would be advantageous.
