Overview

In this role, you will own an enterprise-wide colleague incentive scheme, ensuring accurate data, governance, and timely delivery. You will work across Operations, Finance, Data, IT and People to steer the scheme’s evolution in line with business priorities. You’ll bring structure to a complex environment, drive accountability, and lead the monthly delivery cycle. You will partner with senior leaders to identify issues, improve data quality, and design a roadmap for ongoing improvements. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven opportunity to shape how performance and engagement are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the incentive scheme from data inputs to final payments
  • Lead monthly operational delivery cycle for accuracy and timeliness
  • Identify, investigate and resolve issues impacting delivery, consistency or accuracy
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, data and technology to improve data quality and process effectiveness
  • Establish and embed governance, controls and validation processes
  • Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder accountabilities across functions
  • Provide insight into scheme performance, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Deliver tactical improvements to reduce risk and improve reliability
  • Develop a longer-term roadmap for future enhancement of the scheme
