We’re seeking a Reward Data Analyst for our client who acts as a specialist interface supporting Reward and HRIS teams with accurate preparation of key reward and job architecture data; data migration and processes testing, ensuring the successful build of reward and job architecture aspects of the new client HCM system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reward data migration and testing
- Lead on the delivery of timely and accurate reward-specific data preparation and testing activities within the HCM build, test and launch phases
- Act as a reward subject matter expert in areas of compensation and job architecture for the HRIS team.
- Data & Job Architecture Governance
- Lead job title cleansing cycles, validating changes and meeting data migration timelines
- Support job family and job level mapping into the HCM system
- Support pay range mapping and validation into the HCM system
- Ensure reward data integrity, consistency, and audit-readiness
- Requirements & Documentation
- Support Reward Global Process Owners with gathering, documenting and reviewing system related requirements that relate to the job architecture, compensation module and any related topics
- Support the drafting, updating, and maintenance of reward policies, guidance and FAQs that require change resulting from the new system implementation
- Testing & Assurance
- Execute testing of reward frameworks and processes configuration in the HCM system
- Identify defects, risks, and dependency issues and partner with HRIS team and external consultancy to resolve them
- Change, Engagement & Communication
- Act as the reward change champion, supporting stakeholder understanding and adoption of new reward processes in the systems
- Partner with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to explain reward impacts of system changes
- Contribute to training content, documentation, communications and implementation readiness activities.

- Understanding of reward governance, data standards and compliance considerations
- Ability to work with large data sets and identify discrepancies and trends.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR Reward Analyst or Reward-focused HRIS role
- Experience supporting HRIS testing cycles and system launches
- Advanced skills in Excel essential, Power BI desirable
- Excellent numeracy and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of reward practices and policies
- Background in a large, complex, or globally matrixed organisation

This is a 6 months contract (with potential for extension) with a daily rate, in-scope IR35, either through PAYE OR via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company. This role provides hybrid working (3 days a week) access in Waterside, London.
