I am supporting an international client to recruit an experienced Reward Advisor. As an integral part of the wider people and culture team, you will support the design, implementation, and management of reward programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring my client's reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Your new role:

  • Provide expert advice on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the organisation.
  • Support the development and delivery of reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, both starting in their career and for experienced colleagues.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness and an appealing package.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to advise on pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentive plans.
  • Assist in the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of reward communications and training materials.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in rewards and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support with reward projects, such as the introduction of total reward statements.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a reward or compensation role; HR Advisors with great reward experience could also be considered.
  • Knowledge of reward frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to start at short notice (less than 1 month).
