Your new role Joining an established and highly regarded restructuring team, you will take ownership of a varied and complex portfolio of insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.

Working closely with experienced managers and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality case administration while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and professional standards.

You will prepare statutory reports and documentation, maintain accurate case records, liaise with clients, creditors and other stakeholders, and ensure cases progress efficiently whilst meeting key deadlines.

Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will provide guidance and support to more junior team members, contribute to workflow management and help drive operational improvements that enhance service delivery.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex assignments, significant client interaction and genuine opportunities to develop leadership experience, making it an ideal step for an insolvency professional looking to progress towards management.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have proven insolvency experience gained within a professional services environment, alongside a recognised insolvency qualification such as CPI, CPPI, CPCI or equivalent.

You will possess strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and case administration, coupled with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail are essential.

You will also be a collaborative and proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team while taking ownership of your own responsibilities.
