Your new company A well-established, British based and national organisation at their Bath manufacturing site. Your new role *** Interim Assignment – Resource Manager / Workforce Planning ***Bath, up to £260 per day. Hybrid working. Ideally full-time. We need this person to start ASAP. For this opportunity you will need substantial experience dealing with complicated, multi-national projects within programmes. You don’t necessarily have to have been on an ERP implementation, however, you will need to have worked on a big change/IT programme. Sound like you? Get in touch asap. This interim role will be part of a company-wide transformation programme to fundamentally change how my client operates by implementing a single IT platform underpinned by consistent processes across all functions across the business. This role will ensure the strategic alignment and efficient allocation of people working on the programme against the planned programme activities to ensure efficient resource utilisation and sustainable change is embedded. So I’m open to candidates with strong skills in some or all of the following areas: Resource Management Workforce Management Project management skills Transformation and change OD ERP Qualifications & Technical knowledge: Demonstrable experience in successful resource management for other transformation or large-scale programmes. * Experience in working closely with a variety of leaders at various levels to extract information. Able to tailor communication and information to suit audiences for the outcomes needed. * Strong excel, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate ability and experience with Microsoft Project. * Proficient in resource management tools and software. * Proactive in identifying and developing solutions to resourcing challenges Personal Specification: Passionate about successful delivery through efficient resource management. * Able to operate flexibly in a changing environment, comfortable working where all of the data may not be readily available. * Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality. * Adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset. * Comfortable working autonomously – able to manage own time along with multiple priorities / projects simultaneously.
