Repairs scheduler working on social housing contracts 40 hours per week - fully on-site - Heywood / Bury 6-12-month contract - Potential temp-to-perm ASAP start - In-person interview.

Your new role:

  • Scheduling and allocating repairs for electricians across social housing contracts.
  • Managing diaries, updating systems and ensuring jobs are completed within target times.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from tenants, operatives and contractors.
  • Logging repairs accurately and maintaining real-time updates.

  • Experience as a repairs scheduler, planner or coordinator in social housing or maintenance.
