About the companyA family-owned property management company with a portfolio of commercial, office space and retail, with assets across the country, are looking for a senior Facilities Manager to join their team and take responsibility for full hard and soft services FM.
About the role:
– Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations.- Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites.
– Oversee all reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
– Oversee a small team of Facilities Managers.
– Coordinate and organise subcontractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships.
– To communicate and work alongside property and asset managers in the day to day running of the estate
What you’ll need:- Experience in commercial FM
– Full UK driving licence
– IOSH required NEBOSH desired
– Team management skills. #
