Regional Senior Facilities Manager (National Travel Required)

Location: North Manchester based office (Regular National Travel)
Salary: GBP55,000

About the company:
A family-owned property management company with a portfolio of commercial, office space, and retail, with assets across the country, is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team and take responsibility for full hard and soft services FM.

About the role:

  1. Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations.
  2. Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites.
  3. Oversee all reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
  4. Oversee a small team of Facilities Managers.
  5. Coordinate and organise subcontractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships.
  6. Communicate and work alongside property and asset managers in the day-to-day running of the estate.

What you’ll need:

  1. Experience in commercial FM.
  2. Full UK driving licence.
  3. IOSH required, NEBOSH desired.
  4. Team management skills.
