A family-owned property management company with a portfolio of commercial, office space, and retail, with assets across the country, is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team and take responsibility for full hard and soft services FM.
About the role:
- Ensure buildings are compliant in line with statutory regulations.
- Issue RAMS and any necessary inspections on all sites.
- Oversee all reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
- Oversee a small team of Facilities Managers.
- Coordinate and organise subcontractors across the country, and build/maintain existing relationships.
- Communicate and work alongside property and asset managers in the day-to-day running of the estate.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in commercial FM.
- Full UK driving licence.
- IOSH required, NEBOSH desired.
- Team management skills.
