Your new company You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established charity supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals in society. This charity runs projects throughout the year and has supported thousands of individuals out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse and more. Your new role Full-time 37.5 hrs Permanent Contract £40,170 per year Generally working Monday to Friday covering Supported Housing and Outreach services. Exeter, Somerset and Weymouth Participate in the on-call service rota as required, acting as the senior manager on call, which is the back-up on-call system available to local on-call staff. Responsibilities: Effective management of local Service Managers and oversight of projects. Lead on service KPI reporting, ensuring high-quality reports with in-depth analysis. Foster effective collaborative working internally and externally. Regular travel to visit services and meet with the teams and managers. What you\’ll need to succeed Proven experience of managing outreach, homelessness, housing, health, care or support services which deliver positive outcomes for our clients across the region Proven experience of managing teams through change and embedding a culture of excellence, teamwork and high performance across the region. Track record in implementing and embedding service improvements and innovation across services in different areas Experience managing budgets and delivering VFM within services.
