You will play a key role in supporting business growth, managing risk and developing a high-performing procurement and supply planning team.Your new role Develop and deliver the procurement strategy aligned to business objectives.Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management activities. Drive cost optimisation, supplier performance and risk mitigation initiatives.Lead and develop a procurement and supply planning team.Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial, finance and technical functions.Deliver continuous improvement across procurement processes, systems and governance. What you'll need to succeed Proven leadership experience within procurement, sourcing or category management.Strong commercial and negotiation capability. Demonstrable experience managing complex supplier relationships and procurement programmes.Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or another fast-paced product-led environment would be advantageous.Opportunity to shape procurement strategy and drive business performance.
