The opportunity:
As an Entry Level Recruitment Partner, working on Hays\’ newest and soon to be largest Total Talent Account, you will be the heart of our operations ensuring that we are effectively providing our clients with up-to-date candidate information and CV’s. You will be the integral link between our consultants and end clients as well as other external supporting recruiters we may use.
What does it look like day to day?
- Being accountable for operations of recruiters both internally and externally
- Liaising with line managers and obtain feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure we are working with compliant candidates
- Release vacancies to the internal Hays recruiters as well as any external recruiters supporting us
- Coordinate recruitment events with the Hays team and the end client
- Produce management reports to establish effectiveness of service and provide key insights
What you’ll need to Succeed:
You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills to partner successfully with stakeholders on all levels. Being highly organised and able to manage multiple candidates at once something we would encourage.
The ideal candidate may have the following experience although it is not essential:
- It Is desirable that you have some administration experience
- Analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel, Teams, Zoom and Slack
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A proactive person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
