We are seeking a sales-driven experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh office in our Finance team. As a 360 Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within both private & public organisations across Edinburgh and the East Coast. You will actively seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. You will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for permanent roles within this busy sector. The desk available in this market has derived its success from developing meaningful relationships with our clients, beating sales targets on a regular basis with genuine potential to grow more.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh Office. This exciting opportunity is to work within our hugely successful and high-performing Recruitment team based in the fantastic Exchange district of Edinburgh. This is a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive office environment, where you will be given the opportunity to work with sector experts across a well-established and experienced team ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Director Level.

  • Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews – utilising our world-class CRM database system and a variety of additional Recruitment tools.
  • Handling the full recruitment process – from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job and supporting them through the on-boarding process.

Due to the fees already in the area and the potential we have here, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • You will ideally have experience as a Recruitment Consultant although happy to consider applicants at Entry level also.
  • You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.
