About the role
You will be required to support the client manager in leading the recruitment and vendor partners to meet the personal and team objectives and maximise fee performance. We will want to see you achieving budget and growth on the client account by increasing fee performance and recognising opportunities, whilst maintaining an effective partnership with the client and continually develop account initiatives.
What it would look like Day to Day
- Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to deliver service within contractual SLA’s.
- Responsible for managing resources and deliverables within team.
- Issue management and resolution with key stakeholders’ pre-escalation
- Responsibility for delivery of account plan and associated monthly tasks.
- Accountable for using management information effectively and productively.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with the Hays values.
- Ensure the workplace is professional and productive.
- Effectively induct and coach all new employees as well as develop existing team members.
What you\’ll need to succeed
- Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience managing in either recruitment, contact, call centres or sales management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders (internal and external)
- Innovative way of working always forward thinking and workforce planning
- Proactive work ethic and positive attitude
- Understanding and drive for sourcing the best candidates in the market
- In-depth knowledge of various recruitment methods and best practices
