Your new role
In this role, as a receptionist, your key responsibilities will look like the following:

  • Handling a busy telephone line
  • Dealing with enquiries and relaying accurate messages appropriately to team members
  • Communicating with customers and managing their enquiries
  • Managing the reception mailbox, including checking voicemails and forwarding on to appropriate team members
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception
  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation in the reception area at all times
  • Setting up meeting rooms before and after use
  • Various ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and postage duties
  • Holiday cover for Office Manager
  • Any other duties as required from time-to-time

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years experience in a receptionist or business support role
Strong communication and organisational skills
IT proficient with the use of MS Office Packages, with proven experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
