Your new role
- Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, providing a courteous and efficient service, receiving and assisting all members of the public, signposting them where necessary.
- Deal with all Reception desk enquiries.
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the reception area tidy and clean and ensure that all displays and notice boards are kept up to date.
