Hays are partnering with a reputable charity to recruit for a receptionist based in Bangor on a temporary basis.

Your new role

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, providing a courteous and efficient service, receiving and assisting all members of the public, signposting them where necessary.
  • Deal with all Reception desk enquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and clean and ensure that all displays and notice boards are kept up to date.
