My client is seeking a dedicated customer Receptionist to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Addressing customer enquiries
  • Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Overseeing and managing the email inbox
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining detailed call logs
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in Customer Service and previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst managing conflicting demands and interruptions
  • Advisory, guiding and persuasive skills to deal with difficult situations and customers
