Part-time Receptionist
Your new company
Anorganisation is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist tocover on a temporary basis. The cover will be for 3 months (with possibility ofextension) the client is looking for the candidate to start in January 2025.This is a part time role- your working days will be Tuesday, Wednesday andThursday, normal hours of work for this assignment will be 08:30- 17:00.
Your new role
In this role, you willbe responsible for a variety of reception and administrative duties to ensurethe smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include meeting,greeting, and signing in visitors, as well as opening the door for individuals whoforget their passes. You will also be tasked with replenishing snacks andfruit, loading and emptying the dishwasher. You will also be managing theOutlook meeting room calendars by moving items around and chasing internallyfor any cancelled meetings to rearrange the schedule. Additionally, you willhandle general email management and other reception duties to support the teamand maintain an organised and welcoming environment. Your proactive approachand attention to detail will be essential in this dynamic and multifacetedrole.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previousreception experience is essential for this position. You’ll need to becomfortable working of our own initiative and will also need excellentcommunication skills and an excellent telephone manner. Strong organisationalskills are also required for this role.
