Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the office. Your duties will include providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors to the site, arranging visitor badges and meeting rooms as well as supporting any large meetings or events. You will answer any incoming calls, be responsible for general enquiries and provide administrative support to the Office Manager. This could include data entry, expenses or the typing of documents.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available and have flexibility around days/hours. You will have previous experience in a receptionist position and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a professional telephone manner. As there will be administration duties assigned to the position, you will be confident using Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role that requires you to work 2 days per week, with one of those days being a Friday and the other day flexible. Usual working hours are 8.30 - 5pm and Fridays have an early finish at 3.30. The duration of the assignment will be for a minimum of 5 weeks but could increase. There could also be an increase in hours depending on workload, so your flexibility will be key. Free parking, hourly rate of £14.50/hour including holiday pay.
