Your new company

I am currently working with a key construction client who is looking for a part-time, temporary reception administrator to work with the team for approx. 4 weeks from April.

Your new role

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers to the office where you will greet them in a welcoming manner, answer the phone, take messages and transfer calls where relevant. You will complete visitor logs, book meeting rooms and complete any other ad-hoc administration tasks, including processing expenses and typing up documents.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar Reception and Administration role. You will be professional and well-presented, have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable picking up ad-hoc administration tasks along with your reception duties. You will need to be flexible around hours as the part-time element of the role could change from week to week.

What you'll get in return

This is a temporary position that is expected to last for 4 weeks, with the potential for extension. Part-time hours of work which will be 2 days per week minimum but could be up to 4 depending on workload. One of these days must be a Friday and you will finish at 1pm. Flexibility will be key for this role. Free parking, opportunity to build temporary experience within a reputable company. The hourly rate is £14.50/hour, which is inclusive of holiday pay.
