New Permanent PA role as a PA and Training Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Corporate Services. Based in Reading, with up to 3 days hybrid working.
Role Overview
This role coordinates the delivery of health and safety training across the UK while also providing PA support to a Consultant. It involves organising training logistics, maintaining records, supporting consultancy activities, and ensuring efficient workflow and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- PA Support
- Manage the Consultant’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, proposals, and correspondence
- Process expenses, support client fee and time reviews
- Maintain work trackers, dashboards, and project logs
- Monitor emails and manage client communications when required
- Training Coordination
- Organise training schedules, venues, travel, and materials
- Maintain CRM systems, training records, and delegate information
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to coordinate training delivery
- Support reporting, presentations, and progress tracking
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate administration
- Maintain SharePoint/Teams systems and documentation
- General Support
- Act as a key point of contact for training delivery
- Support process improvements and collaboration across Microsoft 365
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a PA or coordination role
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (essential), especially Word; Excel preferred
- Experience with diary management, scheduling, and reporting
- Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach
