As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of the office. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, suppliers, building management and senior stakeholders, ensuring the office environment is well maintained, compliant, welcoming and aligned with business needs.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in office management and facilities coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of office health and safety processes, compliance tracking and facilities management
  • Confident using office systems, access systems, Microsoft Office and internal communication tools

This is a contracting role for 3 months (with potential extension) at a pay rate (inside IR35) through PAYE at £26.00 an hour. This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Paddington, London (5 days a week onsite).
