Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Management - Take full responsibility for the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account
- Cost Control - Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met
- Procurement - Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and appointment
- Subcontractor Management - Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and payments
- Valuations - Prepare and manage applications for payment and final accounts
- Risk Management - Identify and manage commercial risks across projects

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor

Full UK driving licence
