Experienced QS required for Construction projects in Liverpool. Hays Construction are currently working with a large National Contractor who are experiencing significant growth. As part of their expanding team, you'll work on exciting Commercial Build and New Build Housing projects across Liverpool and the wider Merseyside area.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are ready to make an impact and thrive working on some exciting projects. We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready for their next challenge, or a diligent and professional Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to bring your expertise to a growing team.

You’ll be working on Commercial New Build, and New Build Housing projects and managing the commerciality of these developments.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • A large emphasis on subcontractor management and subcontract procurement
  • Management of subcontractor payments
  • Prepare and review CVRs for accurate reporting
  • Manage cash flow and cash flow forecasting
  • Variations and valuations
  • Final accounting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working for a Main Contractor, on £multi-million projects
  • Significant experience in Commercial New Build and / or New Build Housing projects
  • A solid understanding of JCT contract
