Your new companyYou will be joining a top-tier Civil Engineering contractor renowned for delivering major and complex projects across the UK. Due to their continued success, they are now seeking to add a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team.
Your new roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reportingEnsuring accurate cash flow reporting takes placeCarrying out cost management, including forecastingUpdating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plansEnsuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teamsMaintaining positive working relationships with clients
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have previously utilised NEC and FIDIC contracts and ideally hold a degree in quantity surveying (or experience equivalent). Be an ambitious individual that is keen to progress in your career. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
