With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, they are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live projects.
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial function across 2-3 concurrent fit-out projects. These schemes are predominantly within the commercial and leisure sectors, requiring a hands-on approach from pre-construction through to final account.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing project costs from inception to completion
- Preparation and evaluation of subcontractor packages
- Budget control, forecasting and reporting
- Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Liaising with project teams, clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered within margin and programme expectations
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out (commercial/leisure preferred)
- Strong understanding of cost control and contract management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Long-term, ongoing contract opportunity
