If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values quality, collaboration, and long-term impact.About the RoleAs a Building Surveyor, you\’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of small-scale projects across our dynamic campus. Installation of new bathroom facilities
You\’ll be involved from inception to completion-conducting surveys, producing drawings (CAD skills are a plus), appointing contractors, and overseeing delivery. Expect to manage around 20 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of development.
Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Proven experience in refurbishment and small works project management, be able to demonstrate the preparation of specifications and drawings and be familiar with general contract admin, JCT contracts
