Installation of new bathroom facilities
You\’ll be involved from inception to completion-conducting surveys, producing drawings (CAD skills are a plus), appointing contractors, and overseeing delivery. Expect to manage around 20 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of development.
Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Proven experience in refurbishment and small works project management, be able to demonstrate the preparation of specifications and drawings and be familiar with general contract admin, JCT contracts
Design and surveying expertise
