Your new role
In your new role as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for driving lean manufacturing implementation, overseeing quality processes that are improved and adhered to, ensuring maintenance of quality management systems and satisfying customer/industry standards for product quality. All quality and CI led activities will be carried out with a safety and compliance focus, working closely with other departments in a collaborative manner, guaranteeing seamless integration of quality and improvement initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Quality & CI Manager position, you will need to have experience in a similar role, having been responsible for driving quality and continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will possess qualifications in Six Sigma, H&S, auditing alongside industry experience in a multi-faceted production facility.
