Key responsibilities include: Lead the Test team working on PC and Console game projects. Ensure top quality releases by designing and delivering QA strategies, processes, and best practices Ownership of resource allocation, project schedules and delivery timelines Work closely with the development teams, production heads and wider business to provide updates on project progress. Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the department. Regular monitoring and reporting of performance indicators Own the recruitment process for new hires into the QA function Hold regular meetings with production and department heads to drive improvements. Experience and skills you’ll need: A number of years’ experience in a QA Lead or Manager role from a Gaming background Recent experience of managing a small QA / Test team. Demonstrable ability in the creation and development of Quality Strategies, Policies and Test Plans Proficiency in using test management tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe identified issues clearly and concisely. A demonstrated passion for games.
