A leading video game development studio in South Yorkshire is inviting applications for a QA Manager to join the business and lead the QA team to make sure that all work meets the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Lead the Test team working on PC and Console game projects. Ensure top quality releases by designing and delivering QA strategies, processes, and best practices Ownership of resource allocation, project schedules and delivery timelines Work closely with the development teams, production heads and wider business to provide updates on project progress. Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth. Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the department. Regular monitoring and reporting of performance indicators Own the recruitment process for new hires into the QA function Hold regular meetings with production and department heads to drive improvements. Experience and skills you’ll need: A number of years’ experience in a QA Lead or Manager role from a Gaming background Recent experience of managing a small QA / Test team. A demonstrated passion for games.
