Qualified Finance Manager, Manufacturing background in Kent

Your new role
They are currently looking to appoint a Qualified Finance Manager for one of their operations in Mid/East Kent. You will be business partnering with the leadership team and your remit will involve overseeing day-to-day financial control and providing in-depth analysis to drive performance improvements through the reporting forecasting cycle.
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the overall success of the site through clear communication and strong business partnering.
A full job description can be supplied, but a summary of your responsibilities will include:
Control, analysis and communication of site overhead spends, volume movement and variances to standard costs
Ensure stock counts are completed in line with expectations
Completion and presentation of weekly / monthly reporting cycle (Financial Performance Reports, forecasts, Key Performance
Reporting timely and accurate information to site teams and the wider business - both financial and non-financial
Preparation and presentation of site budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are accurate, robust, challenged and understood
Communication of forecasts and budgets to site teams to drive understanding and accountability
Manage annual and periodic requirements of costing activities and analysis of COGS and margin impact.

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)Previous finance experience from a manufacturing background
Advanced Excel and SAP skills
Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
