Your new company

You'll be joining our clients in their QHSE department and providing administration assistance to the wider team. This role is an initial temporary contract via Hays, for an initial month period. This role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Your new role

In your new role, you will work in the QHSE department, supporting the manager with QHSE projects, daily queries from the team and administrative upkeep of files, policies and procedures. You'll contribute to audits, incident investigations, system improvements, toolbox talks, and QHSE planning. Your role will see you commit to data integrity, administer the electronic QHSE system and maintain accurate records. You'll use Microsoft Packages on a daily basis, in particular Word and Excel. You may be asked to assist with quality meetings, minutes and action tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

This role requires you to have a keen eye for detail and be able to track and record information accurately and with sufficient detail. You'll use Excel trackers, word documents, pre-written templates, Outlook and Teams and strong IT skills are essential. You will also upload documents to SharePoint, so previous experience of this system would be beneficial. You'll work as part of a small and busy team and seek opportunities to work effectively and prioritise key tasks. Previous experience in a compliance or QHSE environment would be beneficial but not essential. This role will require you to work in-office alongside the rest of the team, so you would be required to commute to Bridge of Don. Your working hours will be 8:30-4:30pm.

This role offers an immediate start, with full-time hours and a likely contract of up to 6 months. This role also may become permanent. You will be paid 13.50 - 14 per hour, accrue holiday pay via Hays and receive weekly pay. You will be supported by an experienced team, work in a positive working environment and have the necessary tools to complete your role.
