My Kings Lynn based client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join their team on a PART-TIME, temporary basis (initially) to help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at one of their SEMH schools. This is a key role supporting staff, pupils, and parents with a varied range of administrative duties.
Key Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Manage the school diary, post, and email enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate pupil and staff records using Bromcom.
  • Support teachers with class registration and absence reporting.
  • Handle payments, petty cash, and financial records.
  • Provide admin support for Annual Reviews and meetings.
  • Coordinate school lunch orders and free school meal records.
  • Submit Census and payroll data to Business Support.
  • Update pupil roll and staff sickness records.
  • Assist with Return to Work paperwork and requisitions.
  • Monitor and distribute school orders and supplies.
  • Act as a named First Aider and GDPR Champion.

What you\'ll need to succeed

  • Experience in school administration or similar.
  • Strong IT skills (Bromcom experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to undertake training and First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices.
