Your new role
Are you an experienced property condition surveyor or building surveyor, with commercial property experience? – We are seeking a talented and detail-orientated professional to join a dynamic team. You will visit a wide range of operational buildings in order to undertake property condition assessments. As part of this work, you will produce a report, also identifying any key defects, maintenance issues, or potential risks.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a background working either as a building surveyor or stock condition surveyor, specifically working on commercial properties. You’ll need to possess excellent knowledge of building fabric components, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and also have the ability to produce clear and concise reports.

What you’ll get in return
In return, we are able to offer an initial 9 month contract role, with weekly pay, and an hourly rate of up to £37 per hour (umbrella). You’ll be able to work on a hybrid basis, combining work from home with site visits across the local Southwest region in Devon.
