They have a strong property team operating across one of the largest transportation businesses in the UK. You will work across the warehouse, office, commercial and retail sectors, ensuring their properties are to the best standards they can be! You will work as a Regional Property Manager and you will be responsible for the strategic management, maintenance, and improvement of the organisation's property portfolio. The role combines long-term estate planning and project delivery with oversight of day-to-day maintenance, ensuring sites are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. You will lead on property projects, including refurbishments, relocations, major works, and capital programmes, while also supporting planned and reactive maintenance through effective contractor and budget management. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex property and capital works projects from inception through to completion, alongside experience managing contractors, procurement activities, and budgets. A sound understanding of health and safety legislation, statutory compliance requirements, and building regulations is essential, with the ability to ensure assets remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable, as is familiarity with CDM Regulations. A full UK driving licence is required, as the role will involve regular travel across the portfolio.
