Clientside Opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager North West based

Interim Property Manager (12 month FTC)
Location: North West (home based)Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + £5000 contract completion bonus + excellent benefits package

The Role

  • Take proactive responsibility for property maintenance & investment programmes for pubs across the North West, including budget management.
  • Develop and deliver successful investment programmes, meeting and exceeding targets for project cost and return on investment.
  • Ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose design proposals that meet retail objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery and completion of approved projects, ensuring compliance and value for money though effective contractor management.
  • Promote and manage investment opportunities across the North West regional estate.
  • Lead and generate a collaborative and supportive relationship with the Property Helpdesk. Supporting with escalated reactive maintenance issues, recognising when to take ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and other legal obligations around the estate in line with Pubs Code.
  • Coach & train property team members as required.
  • This is a field-based remote role – Head Office attendance (in the North West) is only required for specific meetings/purposes.
    Role Requirements:

  • Strong track record of property investment and management.
  • RICS / CIOB qualification is preferable, but Property Project & Property Management experience is essential.
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance matters.
  • Experience within the pubs or leisure sector.
  • Computer-literate – minimum of intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Full GB Driving Licence.
