This popular City firm is looking to hire an ambitious Property Litigation PSL to join its well-regarded team which deals with the full spectrum of contentious property work including:
- dilapidations
- lease renewals (contested and uncontested)
- rent review
- break options
- forfeiture and possession
- service charge and other property management disputes
- professional negligence
- development related disputes
You will be involved in know-how, training (internal and external), publications and marketing and business development using legal tech and AI. Previous contentious property experience either as a fee-earner or PSL is essential. The role is available on either a full-time or flexible hours basis.
