This will include forfeiture and possession claims, portfolio management disputes, dilapidations claims, easement disputes and rights of way/lights disputes. In addition, you will advise on restrictive covenants and development agreement disputes. The firm can provide access to a great mix of clients that work across multiple sectors. What you'll need to succeedYou should be a property litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level.
