Our client is a Top 40 law firm with offices nationwide who are recruiting for a NQ-3 PQE Property Damage Solicitor/Lawyer to join on a remote working basis. The firm is offering a competitive salary and annual bonus.
Your new role
This Property Damage Solicitor role will see you:
- Handle your own caseload of complex property damage claims for a range of insurer clients.
- Caseload will include subrogated property recovery claims valued in excess of £250,000, defendant public liability and policy coverage work.
- Assisting senior team members in the running of complex, higher-value claims.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer clients.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-3 years PQE. You must have a minimum of 6 months experience in property damage/insurance work. Multi-track insurance experience is essential. Business development skills are beneficial. You must have excellent client care and communication skills.
